We offer therapy in both Cantonese and English. In our therapy sessions, we focus on addressing anxiety disorders and equipping you with effective coping strategies. WHEN DO WE HAVE SESSIONS?
We believe in providing consistent support, and our therapy sessions are typically scheduled once a week. Each session lasts for 50 minutes, allowing us ample time to delve into your concerns, explore coping techniques, and facilitate your progress. However, depending on the case or severity of anxiety, the frequency of sessions may vary. We'll work together to determine the most suitable schedule for your unique circumstances.
WHERE DO WE HAVE SESSIONS?
Anxious Hong Kong brings therapy to you wherever you are. Our primary mode of delivery is through online sessions, providing you with the convenience and comfort of receiving therapy from the comfort of your own space. However, we also understand that some individuals prefer face-to-face interactions. For those who feel more comfortable meeting in person, we offer the option of face-to-face sessions. If our therapists believe that in-person sessions would be better suited for your specific type of anxiety, we'll gladly arrange it.

HOW MUCH IS IT?
HKD$1200 - Online therapy session, each session is 50 minutes.
HKD$1500 - Face-to-face therapy session, each session is 50 minutes.
To ensure a seamless payment experience, we accept PayMe or FPS payment methods. We understand that seeking therapy can be financially challenging for some individuals, so we offer discounted rates for university students and low-income families. Our therapists are bound by the ethical guidelines set forth by professional organisations such as the APCPA, HKSCP, BACP, BPS, ACCPH, and ACTO, which require us to maintain the confidentiality of our clients.
